This guarantee covers faulty materials or manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear, consumable products, customer misuse or careless handling, accident or neglect. Damaged or faulty items can be returned to the place of purchase for replacement. This guarantee is in addition to and in no way prejudices the users statutory rights.
Any faulty products will be replaced or repaired free of charge at the discretion of Olympia Tools (UK) Ltd in accordance with the relevant guarantee if found to be faulty, provided the products are returned immediately to Olympia Tools (UK) Ltd at the Buyer’s cost, accompanied by proof of purchase within the guarantee period with the reason for return clearly stated.

Any direct consequential loss or damage of anything whatsoever (including, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue or contracts, pure economic loss or similar loss) or for any damage to or destruction of any property, injury to or death of any person, except to the extent that such injury or death is caused by the negligence on the part of the Company or its employees; costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods (even if caused by the Company’s negligence) any Goods which have been repaired or altered in any way, any Goods which have been subject to accident or damage or which have been maintained, stored or used improperly; unsuited, inappropriate and faulty application or treatment, normal wear and tear due to use.
