ROUGHNECK Golden Ticket

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Promoter
    1. The ROUGHNECK® Golden Ticket Promotion ("Promotion") is operated by Olympia Tools (UK) Ltd ("Promoter").
  2. Eligibility
    1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
    2. Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agents, distributors, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
    3. By claiming the prize, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Prize
    1. There is one prize available consisting of a selection of ROUGHNECK® tools with a total recommended retail value (RRP) of £1,000.
    2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash, credit or product alternative will be offered.
    3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute products within the prize package with alternative ROUGHNECK® products of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
  4. How to Claim
    1. To claim the prize, the finder of a valid ROUGHNECK® Golden Ticket must email sales@olympia-tools.co.uk and provide: The unique claim code printed on the Golden Ticket, Full name, Postal address and Telephone number.
  5. Verification
    1. All claims are subject to verification.
    2. The unique claim code may only be redeemed once.
    3. The Promoter reserves the right to request additional information or evidence in support of any claim where reasonably required.
    4. Any claim that the Promoter reasonably believes to be fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, illegible, duplicated or otherwise invalid will be rejected.
  6. Prize Fulfilment
    1. Once a claim has been successfully verified, the claimant will be contacted using the details provided to arrange delivery of the prize.
    2. The prize will be delivered to a UK address only.
    3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays in delivery caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  7. Unclaimed Prize
    1. If a valid claim has not been received by 30 June 2027, the prize will be awarded via the free postal entry route.
    2. Details of the free postal entry route are provided below.
  8. Free Postal Entry Route
    1. To enter without purchasing a promotional product, send your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address to: ROUGHNECK® Golden Ticket Promotion

    2. One postal entry per person.
    3. Postal entries must be received by 30 June 2027.
    4. If the Golden Ticket prize remains unclaimed after the claim deadline, one winner will be selected at random from all valid postal entries received before the closing date and awarded the £1,000 RRP ROUGHNECK® prize package.
  9. Liability
    1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims or entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or otherwise not received due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  10. Personal Data
    1. Personal information supplied in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and fulfilment of the prize.
    2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
  11. General
    1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or suspend, cancel or withdraw the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its control.
    2. Any decision made by the Promoter regarding the Promotion shall be final.
    3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
